Written leases are required on all 6+6 and yearly rents. A 5% discount is given on all leases paid in full prior to April 1st of each year, but not on credit card payments.

All sites are complete with water, sewer and electric service. Electric meters are read monthly and are payable on or before the 1st of each month.

Utility deposit: $25.00 refundable when leaving Southern Aire.

Rates based on 2 person occupancy.
Extra person fee: $3.00 per night; $35.00 per month

Refund Policy:

Refunds are ONLY for serious illness or death of immediate party(ies) making reservation if cancelled prior to December 1. Physician statement or death certificate required. Refund subject to 15% handling charge.
