Daily
- Stays under 30 days require full upfront payment at time of booking.
- Rate includes utilities.
- For bookings that involve a combination of monthly, weekly and daily rates, a separate charge for electricity will apply for the entire stay.
Daily Good Sam 10% Discount
- 10% Discount: Applies to the daily rate for up to 3 days per stay.
- Usage Limit: Limit of one discount (of any type) per guest every 60 days.
- Exclusivity: Cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to consecutive reservations.
- Payment & Verification: Requires full upfront payment and a valid membership ID at the time of booking.
- Inclusive Pricing: The rate includes all utilities.
Daily Passport America 50% Discount
- 50% Discount: Applies to the daily rate for up to 3 days per stay.
- Usage Limit: Limit of one discount (of any type) per guest every 60 days.

Reservation Date: April 1,2025 to March 31,2026
- 6 Months Off (Non-occupancy period): April 1st thru September 30th. Guests can leave RV on the site unoccupied during this time.
- 6 Months On (Occupied use period): October 1st thru March 31st. Guests can be onsite and use all amenities.
- Addition charges for electric.
- Credit & background check required.
- Guests who visit the resort during the 6 months off period are required to pay the published RV rate for that stay.
6+3 Payment Plan
Reservation Date: April 1,2025 to March 31,2026
- 6 Months Off (Non-occupancy period): April 1st thru September 30th. Guests can leave RV on the site unoccupied during this time

Refund Policy
We understand plans can change unexpectedly. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows after the initial 24-hour period.
